The bar and main seating area has a real traditional feel (some parts date back as far as 1680!) There are plenty of tables to eat at or just sit and have a pint. The library room is a real cosy place to dine and in the winter the log burner will keep you toasty. The barn has been converted very tastefully into a restaurant / function room perfect for weddings, birthdays, divorces or just a get-together with mates.

 

CAMRA commended and recommended traditional beers, lagers, cider and the usual host of softies are all here. There’s a full and personally researched wine list, (its a tough job but someone had to do it) everything from Pinot Grigio to big Bordeaux’s and ten wines available by the glass.
